We are sorry as we are not accepting cancel /change order once you have completed the order. Please read the size guide carefully before purchase. However, if you receive the good(s) and there is a defect (loosen crystal only), you may return us the product in their original packaging within 2 weeks after your receipt. We will be sending you a brand new product. While returning items, we are highly recommending you to get a proof of posting, as we do not accept responsibility for parcels lost during transit. Once you have returned the item(s) to us (please note that we shall not refund the shipping fee for returned goods), please allow 2 – 3 weeks for the returned product to reach us, and further 2-3 weeks’ time for us to post you back a new product.
